Owners,

All HOA fees are due on the 1st of every month. They are considered late if not received by close of business on the 15th of the month. The HOA does not accept payments. It is up to you, the owner, to ensure your payments are received on time. We cannot be held responsible if the post office does not deliver it in a timely manner. Please see the HOA office if you need your account number and/or mailing address for payments.
