Affectionately known as “The Ranch,” this 440-acre, gated community was designed with large sites to accommodate Class A Motor Coaches, Fifth-Wheels, and “Super C” Motorcoaches. There are over 590 spacious sites averaging 40 X 80 feet with plenty of room for multiple slide-outs. “The Ranch” has two clubhouses, an exercise room, six tennis/pickle-ball courts, and 27 lakes including a catch and release fishing lake. Best of all is a beautiful 14-hole challenging Executive (Par 3) Golf course meandering throughout the Resort. 

MarketPlace at “The Ranch” is a convenience store stocked with most everything you may need. 

The 15th Hole Bar & Grill is open Monday through Friday for lunch and dinner and. Saturday & Sunday for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

​Have a four legged friend? We certainly cater to our dogs here at “The Ranch!” There’s a dog park for your four-legged friend, which has proven to be a perfect spot to socialize with other owners and guests.

Our Golf Club hosts several golf tournaments weekly. Our Activities Committee hosts free movie nights, music by the lake,  and annual Memorial Day and 4th of July events. On Sundays, there’s a nondenominational church service in the small clubhouse. 

“The Ranch” is surrounded by the great outdoors. It offers miles of trails for walking and jogging. Nearby hillsides and gravel/dirt roads entice hardy hikers, and riders of bicycles, motorcycles, as well as off-road vehicles.
