Water Aerobics

Waterworks ~ The WetSideWorkout, a total aquatics physical fitness program is a pain-free way to exericise. Waterworks uses aerobics to condition the heart, plus the water's resistance to work joints and muscles to firm, trim and tone the body. The program is open to men, women who are either physically fit or who cannot participate in land exercises because of physical limitations. Exercises are done to music in non-competive, self-paced, fun atmosphere. 

Swimming ability is not required..

Wateterworks will help you to cope with physical and mental stress. It will relieve the daily tensions that we face, benefiting the mind, body and soul..
