Come and join the pickleball club at Rancho California RV Resort (RCRVR)! Pickleball is a popular sport that combines elements of tennis, ping-pong, and badminton. It was created in 1965 on Bainbridge Island by three families who used an existing badminton court and a plastic ball with holes to invent this game. Pickleball is easy to learn for beginners but can become a fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. If you are interested in playing, simply show up wearing court shoes at any of our regularly scheduled morning sessions. As a member of our club, you’ll get to participate in daily organized club play, new player lessons, scheduled clinics, round-robins, tournaments, and special events. All levels of play are welcome, from new players to advanced open players. We offer private pickleball courts exclusively to our owners, renters, and guests. Our club’s mission is to provide a social, healthy, fun, and competitive environment to all levels of play. To join the pickleball club, contact Allen Thurman. There is no annual fee.

We welcome all levels of play at our club, and we offer different courts for different levels of players. Our club play is available from Monday to Sunday, and our membership period runs annually from January to December. Note that the times may change due to weather conditions.
