The maintenance crew fills and distributes propane twice daily, Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 am and again from 2:00 to 3:00 pm. Generally only in the morning on weekends. The fill area will be closed off and the pick-up area will be located on the side to the left of the propane enclosure. For safety reasons, please do not enter the cordoned off area.
There will only be one fill/pick up time on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 10:00 and 11:00am. Payments for those not on ACH can be made at the Market Place during their regular business hours.
We are also eliminating the long term storage of any propane tanks. If your tank is left in the propane area for more than 3 days we will charge a $5 per day storage fee. We are not responsible for any propane tanks that have been left in the propane enclosure. Please plan your propane needs accordingly. Alliance also comes out to the sites, generally every Thursday (days subject to change as they are a third party vendor). They can be reached at 951-676-1916.
If you have ACH payments (your dues are automatically debited directly from your checking account each month) you can also authorize propane payments to be handled in the same manner. You will receive a receipt when picking up your propane tank for your records.
If you do not wish to have ACH payments, then you will have to pay for propane in the office or Market Place and pick it up on the following distribution time. For example; if your tank is filled in the 10:00 to 11:00am time frame, you may not be able to pick up until the 2:00 to 3:00 pm time frame. If dropping off in the afternoon, you may not be able to pick up until the next business day. Please put your lot # and last name on your propane tank to help ensure you get your tank and not someone else’s.
